Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Senior Executive, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes while acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders. This role requires strong expertise in talent acquisition with added responsibility in partnering with stakeholders to deliver workforce planning and talent strategies aligned with business goals.What You Will DoManage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer management and onboarding.Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and headhunting.Manage candidate experience to ensure positive candidate outcomes.Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates.Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.Develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges, and suggest new ideas to improve talent acquisition activities.Coordinate with Hiring Managers on best hiring practices and decisions, advise stakeholders on talent market insights, hiring trends, and candidate availability.Coordinate with the HR & Communications Team to organize engagement activities and develop materials for employer branding.Manage the onboarding process and contribute to improving employee experience.Support the departments as needed.Who You AreA recognized Bachelor’s degree.At least 3 years of working experience in the full life cycle of recruitment is a must, and experienced in a Digital Marketing or E-commerce industry is a plus.Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor market trends, and employer branding.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong growth-mindset and critical thinker.Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility.Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).Why You'll Love ItCompetitive SalaryPerformance Review (2 times per year)Performance Bonus (1 time per year, from 0.5-3 months' salary amount)Annual Leave: 15 days and 8 paid sick leavesPrivate Health InsuranceTGIF, monthly birthday, and other fun eventsMacBook to be providedGood chance to explore new trends in the digital market.Opportunity to learn and work with the most advanced advertising technology platforms.Work in a professional, active, international, and dynamic environment.
