Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Specialist to play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent. This role is focused on developing signal-rich pipelines of high-fit candidates, specializing in critical technical positions within the consultancy engineering industry.This is a hands-on, insight-driven role that requires both a strategic and operational mindset. This role is focused on building sourcing systems, crafting outreach strategies, and collaborating closely with and hiring managers to ensure we’re connecting with exceptional talent.You will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel research, candidate discovery, and owning the full-cycle recruitment process for various teams.The successful candidate will be adept at pinpointing high-value profiles, translating hiring objectives into actionable strategies, and continuously optimizing our methods for attracting, engaging, and recruiting exceptional professionals promptly. A thorough understanding of the consultancy engineering industry, including current market trends, is essential for this role.What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Sourcing Strategy & Execution: Design, build, and execute proactive sourcing strategies (including multi-channel job boards, communities, referrals, social, etc.) that optimize for quality, speed, and diversity. Talent Mapping & Engagement: Use data, tools, and intuition to map the talent landscape and identify high-value targets, especially passive candidates. Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach that reflects our brand and mission. Gather, organize and communicate competitive market intelligence, identifying where target talent exists. Continuous Industry Market and Trends Research: Conduct ongoing market research and talent mapping to provide information on competitors, key talent/skills movement and current market activity, and sharing industry trends. Pipeline Management: Maintain and curate living pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring compliance and consistency. Experience sourcing for engineering technical roles is a must. Collaboration & Calibration: Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. End-to-End Candidate Experience: Screen, assess, and engage candidates; coordinate interviews, screens, and scheduling logistics to ensure timely progression. Act as the first point of contact, delivering an excellent and consistent experience. System Maintenance: Document and tag candidate context (skills, motivation, timing) in GPS (corporate ATS) for downstream use. Maintain systems (ATS, job posting platforms) and ensure compliance and consistency. Employer Branding: Champion and contribute to employer branding and content efforts that resonate with passive and volume talent. Agile and Adaptative Sourcing Approach: Adjust tactics based on shifting hiring needs, market dynamics and internal priorities. Adopt a forward-thinking recruitment strategy designed to thrive in an ever-changing talent landscape. What You Bring (Required Skills & Experience) Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level Experience: A minimum of +5 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a preference for environments focused on high-growth technical environments. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of consultancy engineering and mining sectors. Demonstrated knowledge of industry-specific roles, technical skill sets, and organizational structures within engineering consultancy firms and mining operations. Cross-Border Talent Acquisition Expertise: Demonstrated familiarity with global recruitment practices, compliance requirements, and market variations to ensure successful hiring across multiple geographies. Skilled in navigating diverse cultural contexts, collaborating effectively with international teams, and adapting sourcing strategies to meet the needs of a global workforce. Technical Expertise in Sourcing and Analytics: Experience with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and talent analytics systems, including LinkedIn Recruiter & LinkedIn Talent Insights. Industry Networking & Market Connections: Established network of contacts within the consultancy engineering and mining sectors, including professional associations, technical communities, and key talent pools. Ability to leverage these relationships to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates quickly and effectively. Core Sourcing Skills: Strong ability to identify and convert passive talent. Deep sourcing skills, including Boolean search, talent mapping, pipeline development, and passive candidate outreach. Familiarity with advanced sourcing and digital tools. Data-Driven Mindset: Experience tracking sourcing metrics and improving funnel performance. Comfortable using data to drive decisions and improve results. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and compelling storytelling style. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential to enable effective collaboration across global teams and ensure alignment with regional hiring strategies Organization: Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage multiple pipelines at once. Experience with scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication. Mindset: Demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences and driving operational excellence.
