In this vital role, you’ll help build the future of SRG by identifying, attracting, and selecting top-quality team members who align with our mission and values. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers across the organization, design effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive experience for every candidate.Your Impact: Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitingPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategiesDevelop and maintain job descriptions, screening questions, and postings that reflect SRG’s mission and valuesManage the full-cycle recruiting process - sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordinating offersBuild and nurture candidate pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needsRepresent SRG at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunitiesEnsure every candidate experiences a professional, welcoming, and values-driven hiring processMaintain organized candidate records and recruiting data, track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, conversion rates), and provide leadership with regular reports and recommendations for process improvement.HR Administrative SupportAssist with compliance tracking, background checks, and reference verificationProvide administrative support to the Director of HR on projects and day-to-day operationsContribute to continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and communicationQualifications2–4 years of recruiting experience (construction, restoration, or trades industry preferred)Comfortable with high-volume hiring for field and skilled trade roles, as well as professional positionsStrong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, schools, and community partnersOrganized, detail-oriented, and consistent in using systems to manage multiple roles simultaneouslyPassion for serving others and aligning talent with purpose-driven workAlignment with SRG’s faith-based mission and valuesBenefitsCompetitive Compensation PackageFull Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Voluntary LifeSafe Harbor 401K with up to 4% Company MatchPaid Time Off Package including Your Birthday Off Every Year & 5 Paid Mission Trip DaysReady to Make an Impact?If you’re passionate about connecting people to meaningful work and helping build a team that serves others every day, we invite you to apply.
