As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that this will be achieved through employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will:Performing the day to day recruitment functions and duties related to but not limited to the following:Job AnalysisSourcing & ProfilingScreening and SelectionDocumentation & ReportingDo you have what it takes to become a Talent Acquisition Specialist ?Requirements:At least 1 year of working experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition Bachelor’s/College Degree (preferably in HR management, Business Studies/Administration Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent)Good computer skills, including familiarity with both Microsoft and Google applications (such as Docs, Sheets & Slides)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organizational skills in database management and record keepingExcellent in terms of their interpersonal skills
