This role will focus on strategic overseas hiring, with a strong emphasis on EMEA and Asia markets, driving talent pipelines across critical business functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment for regional and global roles, with a focus on EMEA and Asia.Partner closely with senior stakeholders across business units to define hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent.Build and manage strong pipelines in crypto, fintech, technology, and other digital-first industries.Drive sourcing strategies through direct headhunting, market mapping, and talent intelligence.Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring alignment on talent strategy, interview process, and decision-making.Champion a best-in-class candidate experience across diverse geographies.Key Requirements3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in-house or executive search.Strong industry exposure to crypto, fintech, tech, internet, e-commerce, or other fast-paced digital sectors.Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken & written) – essential for cross-border stakeholder engagement.Proven ability to manage and influence global senior stakeholders.Solid knowledge of technology, fintech, and crypto ecosystems, with the ability to quickly understand new business models.Additional Notes:This is a 6-month contract position.Remote work is supported.
