We’re looking for a Recruiter who will be pivotal in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across diverse functions for our India operations.In this role, you will leverage your expertise in sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver hiring results. You will play a key role in shaping our talent landscape, championing our employer brand, and driving innovative recruitment practices. If you’re passionate about people, process improvement, and influencing business success through great hires, this is the opportunity for you!Working Hours - Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 9:00pm ISTWork Location - In Office - Penha de Franc, Goa 403521, IndiaWhat You’ll Do Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipelineDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/Social Media/colleges etc.Screen candidates resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidatesAssess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesManage the full lifecycle recruiting process including - Participate in staffing planning discussions, defining new requisitions, screening sourced and submitted resumes, coordinating the interview process, negotiating offers and partnering with HR in on-boarding processPartner directly with hiring managers and outside staffing agencies, maintaining consistent communication and updates as a liaison between all partiesMonitor and apply HR recruiting best practicesProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teamAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processPromote Frontline Managed Services reputation and value proposition. What You Bring Bachelor s degree, Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in professional talent recruitingExcellent command of the English language - Written and verbalDemonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trustWorking knowledge of modern applicant tracking (greenhouse, jobvite, trackstar, bamboo, etc.) and HRIS systems (Paylocity, workday, Paycor, UKG, etc), interview techniques and applicant screening methods Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft OfficeDeep understanding of India employment laws and regulationsFamiliar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues (linkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and alternative talent pool generation skills.
