Job Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist - Leadership HiringLocation : Dubai, UAERequirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).4–7 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership or senior-level hiring.Prior experience in executive search firms or internal HR functions for large organizations preferred.Strong networking and headhunting skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and modern sourcing techniques.Strong business acumen and stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities:Partner with business heads and senior management to understand talent needs and define hiring strategies.Manage full-cycle recruitment for leadership and niche roles, ensuring timely delivery and quality hires.Develop and maintain a pool of qualified leadership candidates through research, market mapping, referrals, and headhunting.Screen, interview, and assess candidates for leadership and cultural fit.Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitor benchmarking.Manage candidate relationships to ensure a superior experience and long-term engagement.Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers to improve the recruitment process.Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards.
