Based in our Corporate Office in Dubai and reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role partners with corporate hiring managers, the Global Head of Talent and property-based HR leaders to ensure a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will take ownership of the recruitment process for select roles, contribute to employer branding initiatives and support the continuous enhancement of talent acquisition practices.ResponsibilitiesManage the recruitment cycle for select corporate roles, from job posting through to offer, inclusive of interviewing and candidate management. Partner closely with line managers to interpret requirements, screen and interview applicants and present shortlists to hiring managers. Prepare offers, contracts and employment letters as well as conducting reference and background checks. Responsible for supporting with building and maintaining talent pipelines and support proactive sourcing through LinkedIn and other platforms. Collaborate with corporate hiring managers to draft or revise job descriptions aligned with the competency framework and business needs. Coordinate onboarding logistics for new joiners in partnership with our corporate HR Coordinate and participate in hotel school career fairs and other employer branding activities. Ensure accuracy of recruitment data in Workday and collaborate with the team to deliver recruiting metrics and reporting. Monitor recruitment expenses, preparing presentations and insights for stakeholders. Ensure recruiting practices comply with local laws and support inclusive hiring. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including international exposure; prior experience in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands strongly preferred. Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally within both corporate and operational environments. Skilled in sourcing, talent mapping, and relationship driven hiring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset. Proficiency with Workday or similar ATS/HRIS platforms, and strong analytical capabilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with an appreciation for cultural nuance and brand storytelling.
