This role offers high visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our growth journey.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRecruitment DeliveryManage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles (cloud, full stack, cybersecurity, application management, DevOps, etc.)Drive strategic sourcing using advanced Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and referral channelsOwn screening, technical evaluation alignment, and stakeholder engagement for assigned requisitionsEnsure quality pipeline delivery aligned to hiring SLAs and business demandStakeholder & Business EngagementAct as a strategic advisor to tech hiring managersFacilitate structured intake meetings and calibrate expectationsShare market maps, talent insights, and pipeline analytics with business teamsCandidate Experience & BrandingDeliver a best-in-class candidate experience across all touchpointsChampion tech EVP through sourcing campaigns and eventsLiaise with employer branding on niche tech outreach and engagementCompliance & ReportingMaintain accurate data on ATSTrack KPIs including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer conversion ratio, etc.REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE3–6 years of experience in full-cycle tech recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or enterprise tech setupHands-on experience with tech hiring tools, ATS, and sourcing platformsStrong understanding of modern tech stacks and hiring trendsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skillsBEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIESBusiness InsightCommunicates EffectivelyAttracts Top TalentDecision QualityPlans & AlignsOptimizes Work Processes
