Sydney | Hybrid | High-growth fintech | Values-led cultureJoin Automic Group and help us grow our team of exceptional people.As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering Automic’s growth strategy by attracting, sourcing, and hiring high-performing talent aligned with our values — One Automic, Service Excellence, Ambition, and Empowered.What you’ll doEnd-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned business units — from job briefing, advertising, screening, and interviewing through to offer and onboarding coordination.Business Partnering: Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to understand workforce needs, success profiles, and market trends.Talent Pipelining: Build proactive pipelines for critical, high-growth, and specialist roles to support future workforce needs.Employer Branding: Promote Automic’s culture and EVP across LinkedIn and other channels to attract top talent and strengthen our employer brand.Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless and engaging recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers at every stage.Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes.Process & Systems: Maintain and optimise recruitment processes and templates within our ATS (ELMO), driving consistency and compliance.Compliance & Sponsorships: Coordinate VISA and sponsorship processes (e.g. subclass 482) in line with legislation and internal policy.Hiring Capability: Support hiring manager training and best-practice toolkits on interviewing, bias awareness, and selection.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to People & Culture projects focused on automation, candidate communication, and recruitment efficiency.What you’ll bringProven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within a fast-growing or professional services environment.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ELMO preferred) and Microsoft 365 tools.Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and promoting company culture.Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and process improvement orientation.About Us Automic Group is an Australian technology-led investor administration company serving companies and fund managers.Automic combines purpose-built, cloud-native technology with a highly experienced and dynamic team to deliver tailored solutions that help companies and fund managers understand, engage, and manage their investors.
