Job DescriptionJob Summary: - Provide operational and administrative support for the full recruitment process including: Sourcing, Screening and Selection and Onboarding for both Regular and Temporary employees. - Assist in hiring strategy creation, building up and maintaining Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Candidate Relationship Management and Onboarding Strategy.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages, Business, Economics, Industrial Management, Law, Social Sciences and Humanities. HRM major is preferred3+ year of experience of recruiting experience in the medium-sized organization, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Mass Recruitment experience is a plusSkillsSkilled at candidate sourcing and basic phone interview and pre-onboarding. Good at interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and the ability to comprehend and communicate effectively at multiple levels within and outside the organization.Proficiency with Microsoft applications and knowledge of database Working ConditionsWorking in the office, full-time/ Manufacturing company.Safety RequirementsAll employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
