Job Description

The purpose of this position is to manage and coordinate the recruitment processes and activities within organization, ensure that all vacancies are filled by the appropriate candidates as per the business requirements, agreed timelines and according to the agreed budgets.Key accountabilities1. Develop monthly recruitment plans management as per the business manpower requirements.2. Meet with line management in order to gather current recruitment requirements, recommends appropriate actions and plan for their implementation as per the agreed timelines, in which to Initiate, direct and conduct searches for required candidates working closely with assigned stakeholders.3. Suggest proper Medias for approaching the right caliber candidates.4. Handle end-to-end recruitment process and conduct the selection process for the required roles.5. Arrange and carry out competency-based interviews for the candidates pre-selected for the required roles6. Manage external job portals.7. Builds, maintains and fosters external relations with employment agencies and other sources of high potential candidates ensuring that companies recruitment requirements are formulated and communicated in the effective manner.8. Continually develop personal skills and maintain an up to date knowledge of systems and processes as well as current recruitment knowledge and trends within the local and international labor markets.9. Provide input into formulation and/or improvements in recruitment policies and procedures that will best aid in the effective operation of the recruitment function.10. Maintain recruitment database that holds information on received CVs, potentials and interviewed candidates ensuring that this information base will aid in fulfilling organization future human resource needs and as befitting manpower projection figures and that the information is continuously updated to reflect changes in the candidates’ profiles.Minimum experience:Minimum 7-12 years of experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in a recruitment role preferably within the IT/High Tech industry.Minimum education:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related specialtySenior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) or similar talent acquisition/recruitment certification preferred.Knowledge and skills: Strong initiative drive.Ability to interact with people in senior positions.Proficient interpersonal skills.Relationship building and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.Excellent communication skills.Excellent negotiation skills at all levels.Good understanding of recruitment processes and knowledge of sourcing
