The team consists of 30+ high-performing individuals from various backgrounds who work across 3 continents and 8 countries to make impactful hires for every department at Guidepoint.  Your Role As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, EMEA, you will attract, engage, and hire top early-career talent while also supporting recruitment for corporate and junior to mid-level roles. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for internships and entry-level hires, build strong partnerships with universities, and collaborate with hiring managers to forecast talent needs and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience across multiple talent segments. This is a hybrid position in Athens, Greece. This person will report directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, EMEA. A Day in Your New Role Own full-cycle recruitment for campus programs and corporate/junior to mid–level roles, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and post-offer engagement.  Execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, improve quality of hire, and drive a collaborative, consistent hiring process.Build and maintain relationships with target universities, career centers, and student organizations.  Plan and attend campus events, career fairs, and networking sessions to promote Guidepoint’s brand.  Collaborate with the Global TA team to standardize processes and share best practices across regions.  Projects You Will Own  At Guidepoint, we do more than just fill positions—you’ll also take ownership of projects that shape the future of our talent strategy, including: Assist the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, EMEA in the implementation of Campus and early-career recruitment strategies  Recruitment for Corporate and early-career rolesEmployer branding initiatives  Creative recruitment and sourcing solutions  Reporting and KPI tracking  What You Have: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field  3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with focus on campus or early-career talentFluency in Greek and English, any other language e.g. French or German is a preference.Proven success building university partnerships and executing campus strategies Data-driven mindset: use of metrics (quality of hire, candidate experience, offer acceptance rate) to refine strategies Experience recruiting for corporate and junior mid–level roles preferred  Strong time management and communication skills  Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse) Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment  What We Offer:Competitive compensationPrivate health insuranceEntrepreneurial environment, autonomy, and fast decisionsInternational exposure to the global Guidepoint service teamsCasual work environmentSummer and winter team eventsAbout Guidepoint:Guidepoint is a leading research enablement platform designed to advance understanding and empower our clients’ decision-making process.
