This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and ambitious team.Position: Talent Acquisition SpecialistLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout.Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' fit for the role and company culture.Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring satisfaction on both sides.Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide guidance on the best hiring solutions.Continuously optimize recruitment processes to enhance quality and candidate experience.Provide feedback to candidates and clients, maintaining professionalism and transparency.Support onboarding efforts to ensure new hires transition smoothly and integrate well into the team.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the Middle East.Experience in a recruitment firm is mandatory.
