We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam, Sloterdijk. Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse, logistics, and office positions. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities. Develop sourcing strategies to attract both local and international candidates. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage offers and onboarding. Maintain and expand the company’s talent pipeline for peak operational seasons. Ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws, employment policies, and visa requirements. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve recruitment efficiency. Requirements:Proven experience in recruitment within the Dutch market, ideally in logistics, warehousing, ormanufacturing. Knowledge of Dutch labor laws, visa types, and employment practices. Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a strong advantage). Hands-on, proactive, and flexible attitude — able to respond quickly to changing hiring needs.
