Job Description: Talent Acquisition Specialist (APAC Market Experience)ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end recruitment for APAC roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding for technical, commercial, and corporate functions across the region. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies by utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, referrals, Boolean search, talent mapping, and market intelligence specific to APAC geographies. Build, manage, and nurture talent pipelines, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience and advocating for employer brand. Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and regional HR to clarify role requirements, set realistic hiring goals, and align talent strategies with business objectives. Screen candidate profiles, conduct phone and video interviews, prepare interview guidelines, and support process administration (scheduling, assessment, documentation). Advise on recruitment best practices and local market trends, addressing complexities such as candidate motivation, mobility, compensation, and compliance requirements. Champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring representation of APAC’s unique culture and values in all hiring processes. Contribute to recruiting process improvements, data analysis, reporting, and ongoing enhancement of employer branding activities. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline. 4+ years of talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on APAC markets; prior exposure to multi-country or complex regional hiring. Demonstrable success sourcing and recruiting technical and business talent in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/HRIS, Boolean search, etc.) and local labor laws or compliance frameworks. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and collaborating cross-functionally. Strong analytical mindset; able to use data insights for talent strategy and process improvement.
