Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist ensures timely completion of required headcount and provides regular updates on recruitment progress, this includes coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs. They also focus on maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Recruitment OperationsHandle recruitment accounts and manage the end-to-end hiring process from Interviews to OnboardingCoordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and requirementsUtilize various sourcing channels and techniques to identify potential candidatesScreen and shortlist candidates based on job requirementsConduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managersEnsure timely and efficient completion of the required headcountProvide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholdersMaintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processStay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Compliance of Admin DeliverablesOversee the preparation and submission of all required recruitment documentation, including job descriptions, offer letters, onboarding materials, pre-employment requirementsEnsure compliance with all applicable policies related to recruitmentMaintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate informationQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in RecruitmentExcellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management skillsProficient in recruitment software and technologiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCandidate must be willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
