We’re seeking candidates who embody our values: Innovative, driven to keep learning; Caring, genuinely compassionate in their work; and Collaborative, eager to solve problems together.If you want to be part of a team that cares about impact, this is the place for you.Main Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate pipelines.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Utilize sourcing strategies (social media, job boards, networking) to attract talent.Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during hiring.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.Experience: 2–4 years in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in a corporate or agency setting).Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.Languages: English required; additional languages are a plus.Learn more about Hikma in Algeria hikma-algeria-factsheet-aug-2025-en.pdf
