In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies that attract top talent in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities ● Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across Japan (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management).● Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.● Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates through proactive sourcing.● Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.● Coordinate with internal stakeholders and HR team to ensure smooth onboarding.Requirements ●Fluent-level Japanese proficiency; strong reading and writing skills in English.● 2+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.● Self-starter with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.● Comfortable working in both Japanese and English environments.
