As part of the business expansion plan, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mandarin speaker) to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience, and supporting the organization’s growth through effective workforce planning.What You’ll DoAs our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support both recruitment and administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily business processes. Responsibilities include:Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.Post job advertisements on various job boards, career sites, and social media platforms.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate applicants’ qualifications.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records.Conduct reference checks and assist with background verification.Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and role requirements.Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s market presence.Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.Prepare and present regular hiring status reports to management.Who You AreWe’re inviting applications from enthusiastic individuals—with at least 2 years of experience—who are eager to grow in a dynamic company.Must-Haves:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (minimum 2 years).Able to communicate in Mandarin.
