Our team is made up of people of 115 nationalities.We are looking to a hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in the Los Angeles area to oversee the West Coast region (Including: CA, OR, NV, NM, WA and TX) consisting of 26 stores by the end of 2025.In our team, we are proactive and dynamic, with communication skills and we are always open to new challenges. We are informed of trends and current events in the retail world.The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. They will report to the International People Partner.WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their stores and better understand their hiring needs and job specificationsDevelop and release job postings on job boardsUtilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidatesScreen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiationMaintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationshipsFollow up on interview process status and update records in internal databaseWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?3+ years experience in recruitment or human resources and/or 10+ plus years in retail managementExceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skillsFamiliarity with job boards, and databases (LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday)Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, virtual, in person etc.)Experience developing recruiting strategyStrong sourcing and networking skillsPositive attiude with a go getter mindsetExperience with on the ground recruitmentAbility to work in a fast paced enviornment and prioritize tasks effectivelyDesire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunitiesWhat makes us special?• As a member of the Mango team, you’ll get a 40% discount on all our lines, so that you’ll always be wearing the latest!• Insurance Benefit: You only pay a % of the value!• 401(K) Pension Plan• Holidays + Wellness Days• Vacation Days• Uniform Allowance• Commuter Benefits• Bonus Incentive• Pet InsuranceAt Mango, we invest in your personal and professional development.
