RegularExemptGeneral DescriptionResponsible for executing the recruitment and selection processes in full compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensures the acquisition of the most qualified talent available, aligned with the requirements and responsibilities of each vacancy, and in accordance with the needs of the business areas and assigned classifications. The role focuses on achieving efficiency, effectiveness, and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.Essential Functions Executes recruitment plans for assigned vacancies using internal systems, the corporate website, social media, and job boards to post openings and identify potential candidates. Reviews resumes, conducts pre-screenings, coordinates interviews, and manages the selection and job offer process in accordance with established policies. Coordinates the selection and assignment of temporary employees in collaboration with staffing agencies, ensuring compliance with internal policies and contractual obligations. Prepares, verifies, and manages all required documentation throughout the recruitment cycle, including but not limited to job requisitions, drug test referrals, applications, background checks, selection and compensation sheets, offer letters, probationary contracts, and agency-related documents. Collaborates with the social media and Human Resources teams to support employer branding strategies and position the company as an Employer of Choice. Represents the company at job fairs, providing information about available positions, company background, and application procedures to potential candidates. Prepares and submits reports in a timely and accurate manner, including recruitment metrics, job fair outcomes, vacancy tracking, and data for Affirmative Action Program compliance. Maintains organized and complete records for each vacancy, ensuring all documentation and evidence are properly archived. Participates in activities and initiatives led by Human Resources or other business units, as required. Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices. May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document.Minimum QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related areas such as Labor Relations. At least three (3) years of experience performing the processes inherent in the cycle of qualification, recruitment, and selection of candidates for employment.
