In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the company’s scaling and play a key role in driving our hiring efforts.Requirements:Experience: 5 years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role, preferably at the product companies Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Tech-Savvy: Proficient with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience.Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and define role requirements, ensuring a clear and efficient hiring process.Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.Data and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Benefits:Insurance after the probationary term.Sports compensation.Remote work on a B2B basis19 working days of vacation per year.4 additional wellness days per year.Paid sick leave for the first 5 working days.Gifts to employees for important events.Career Development.Personalized English lessons.
