The EMEA Talent Acquisition Organization supports all hiring countries in Europe, Middle East and ‎Africa – comprising nearly 40 possible hiring locations. The largest recruiting locations include Poland, the United Kingdom, and Portugal.This role is based in Krakow, Poland, and is reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.‎Job DescriptionYour role will include, but not be limited to the following:Setting up and executing recruitment strategiesBeing the first point of contact for the business area/line managersManaging the full life cycle of recruitment activities such as direct sourcing, consulting, negotiations, and on-boardingWorking proactively with HRBPs and business managers to understand recruitment needs and to formulate recruitment plansResearching innovative recruitment strategies and developing creative solutions to generate high-quality CVsProviding subject matter expertise to hiring communities around the total end-to-end staffing solution and market conditionsCoaching line managers on recruitment policies including selection process and interviewing techniquesManaging branding activities to increase MSI brand awareness locally and within the EMEA region. Basic RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in sales recruitment. ‎Excellent communication skills‎‎Ability to work independently and efficiently‎‎Fluent English‎Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization‎Passive candidate sourcing experienceIn return for your expertise, we’ll support you in this new challenge with coaching & development every step on the way.
