The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities include leading recruiting efforts, conducting interviews, driving employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill the organization’s talent needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.QualificationsProficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidatesExperience in Interviewing and Recruiting for various rolesEngineering or Marketing background is a must Strong skills in Hiring and creating effective hiring strategiesKnowledge of Employer Branding to attract and retain top talentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and hiring managersFamiliarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
