Dla naszego klienta ERGO Technology & Services poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-Tech).How you will get the job donedeveloping strong partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to effectively address recruitment needsmanaging end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring excellent candidate experienceacting as a primary point of contact for candidates during their recruitment processattracting candidates using various sources, like social media, and professional networking sites, and researching new ways of approaching candidatessetting up the right talent pipeline, cultivating and bringing high-potential profiles to the business teampreparing analysis and reports to provide insights into ongoing recruitment processesparticipating in recruitment and employer branding events, such as job fairs, conferences and open daysSkills And Experience You Will Needfluency in English (C1)at least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter in an international environmentexperience in recruiting candidates for various roles in non-tech area (finance/customer services/HR or related)experience in working in a partnership model with hiring managers and other internal stakeholdersexceptional organizational skillsyou are at ease with an abundance of details, yet mindful of the big picturesuperb interpersonal, communication, and team skills that allow to build working relationships with candidates and recruiting colleaguesbeing flexible and comfortable with ambiguityNice to haveGerman languageAbout UsERGO Technology & Services S.A.
