Specialising in off-plan, secondary, and investment properties, we’re on an ambitious growth path expanding our footprint across Dubai, the UK, and global markets.As our team continues to grow, we’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Real Estate Recruiter to help us build a powerhouse of top-performing property consultants and team leaders.Role OverviewThe Real Estate Recruiter will be a key player in driving One Investments’ talent growth strategy. You will lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and engaging high caliber real estate professionals to managing smooth onboarding experiences. Your mission: attract, recruit, and retain Dubai’s best real estate talent.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for sales and operations roles.Talent Sourcing: Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and more to identify and engage top-performing real estate agents.Headhunting: Proactively target and recruit talent through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.Candidate Screening: Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, motivation, and real estate market understanding.Pipeline Management: Maintain and track all candidate interactions through CRM systems; ensure timely updates and consistent follow-ups.Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing to strengthen One Investments’ employer brand on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.Onboarding Coordination: Work closely with HR/Admin to ensure seamless onboarding, documentation, and induction for all new hires.Performance & Reporting: Meet monthly recruitment KPIs (applications sourced, interviews scheduled, offers made) and provide regular reports to management.RequirementsExperience: 1–2 years of recruitment experience (real estate preferred; high-volume sales or agency recruitment also considered).Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and brokerage landscape.Technical Skills: Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM toolsSoft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Language: Fluent in EnglishPersonality: Energetic, persuasive, and highly organized with a target-driven mindset.What We OfferCompetitive basic salary of AED 8,000 – 10,000 + CommissionFast-track career growth within one of Dubai’s most rapidly expanding brokerages.Collaborative, high-performance team culture.Modern, centrally located office in the heart of Dubai.Continuous learning, training, and professional development opportunities.
