You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding top creative and operational talent who can thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end ownership of hiring across creative, operational, and technical roles. Source and engage talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach. Coordinate screening, interviews, and communication between candidates and teams. Maintain hiring pipelines and track candidate progress in an organised way. Collaborate with founders to define role requirements and hiring priorities. Build and maintain a database of creators, freelancers, and potential hires for future needs. Requirements1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (startup or creative industry preferred). Proven ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously. Familiarity with creative or tech roles is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote environment. What We OfferRemote work culture.
