Daily Recruitment:Responsible for the end-to-end daily recruitment activities - not limited to sourcing, selection and evaluation, offering and onboarding, make sure all the recruitment process is in line with company’s process and procedure. Provide recruitment advice and market talent insights to hiring managers while offering guidance or solutions to their recruitment needs and talents management. Manage and establish strong relationships with all the stakeholders (hiring managers, HR business partners).Optimize the effectiveness of recruitment channels by reviewing the existing channels/ vendors, making improvements or developing new and alternate channels / vendors as needed.Contribute new ideas and insights to talent attraction while staying abreast of latest recruitment tools and trends. Our Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business-related fieldMinimum 3 years of HR experience with at least 1 years in a Talent Acquisition roleHave track records in mass volume hiring, automotive industry experience is a plus Exposure of working in a global / multi-national environment is a plusGood computer skills, able to use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint efficientlyExperience of working with HR systems like SuccessFactors Be proactive and able to work in a fast-paced and changed environmentBe client-focused and able to interact professionally with both candidates and all other stakeholders (business, HR, vendors etc.)Have an adaptable mindset to the changes Detailed, responsible, and a good team player
