Our client is seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in attracting, engaging, and securing top talent in the healthcare sector.ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define role requirements. Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates (e.g. advertising, networking, referrals, and social media outreach). Proactively identify, engage, and build pipelines of talent across multiple functions. Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organisational culture. Manage interview processes, providing guidance and support to both candidates and hiring teams. Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process through to successful placement. Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Monitor market trends and provide insights to hiring managers on talent availability and recruitment best practices. RequirementsProven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar HR/talent function. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and full-cycle recruitment processes. Commercial awareness and ability to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities. Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines. Sound judgement and consultative approach to recruitment. Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition tools.
