Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you passionate about connecting global talent with the right opportunities?We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and support recruitment across international markets, with a special focus on the hospitality industry and standalone restaurants.What you’ll do:Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across different countries and regionsPartner with international hiring managers and restaurant operators to understand talent needsBuild and maintain strong relationships with hospitality schools and universities locally and internationallyOrganize and participate in career fairs and recruitment events to attract interns and entry-level talentSource candidates globally, with a strong focus on standalone restaurants and F&B talentConduct interviews with candidates from diverse cultural and professional backgroundsPrepare and manage job offers, reference checks, and related documentationEnsure a smooth and professional candidate experience across bordersSupport global employer branding initiatives and international recruitment campaignsAssist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for new hiresWhat we’re looking for:2–4 years of experience in international recruitment / talent acquisitionPrevious experience recruiting for standalone restaurants or hospitality groups is essentialStrong understanding of the Dubai marketStrong sourcing skills and ability to attract talent across multiple geographiesExcellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)Strong cultural awareness and ability to adapt to diverse marketsProactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to travel for recruitment events and restaurant openings as needed.Why join us:Be part of a growing international hospitality groupOpportunity to shape recruitment strategies across multiple marketsCollaborative, multicultural environment with passionate colleaguesReal impact in building diverse and talented teams worldwide
