With a product-first mindset, a passion for great UX, and a commitment to continuous innovation, we're empowering thousands of companies - and their people - to work smarter every day.What You'll Be DoingAs a key member of our People team, you'll play a vital role in scaling Rydoo globally by finding and attracting the best talent. You'll own the full recruitment cycle and act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers.Drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions (Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success metrics, and sourcing strategiesScreen candidates (CV review, phone/video interviews), coordinate interview processes, and manage feedback loopsOwn the offer process: benchmarking, drafting offers, negotiation, and closingSource proactively — build and nurture pipelines via LinkedIn, tech communities, referrals, and job boardsMaintain and optimize our ATS (Workable) and recruitment workflows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reportingCollaborate on employer branding, DE&I initiatives, and internal hiring campaignsTrack and analyze hiring metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, source effectiveness) and recommend improvementsSupport a smooth onboarding handoff to ensure every new Rydooer starts strongRequirementsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally in SaaS or tech environmentsProven success hiring for both technical and non-technical rolesSkilled at thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments and comfortable with ambiguityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with candidates and hiring teamsHands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools (Workable preferred)Metric-driven and results-oriented mindsetFluent in English (verbal and written)Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-orientedBased in Belgium, with the flexibility to be in our Mechelen office at least once a weekAt Rydoo, we scale fast, act with agility, and put people at the center of everything we do.
