Our mission is to empower specialist orthodontists and practices to thrive and deliver globally leading orthodontic care and exceptional patient experiences.To support our growth plan, we are expanding our recruitment function by introducing a second Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will focus on supporting practices within the South region, working alongside the GM, People & Culture, the broader recruitment team, and regional leaders to deliver effective hiring outcomes that enable practice growth.Role OverviewAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Smile Partners, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class recruitment outcomes across your region. Reporting to the GM, People & Culture, you will partner closely with practice and regional leaders to understand workforce needs, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.This role is not responsible for setting the overall talent acquisition strategy but plays a critical part in implementing it locally. Success will come from your ability to build trusted relationships, manage efficient recruitment processes, and continuously improve the way Smile Partners attracts and selects talent.Objectives | What you will get to doOver your first 12 months, you will focus on five key objective areas:Objective #1: Execute Recruitment Strategy in RegionWork with the GM, People & Culture and regional leaders to bring the Smile Partners Talent Acquisition Strategy to life in your region. Translate business needs into effective hiring outcomes that support practice growth and capability.Objective #2: Manage End-to-End RecruitmentRun the full recruitment lifecycle — job briefing, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviewing (with help from people administrator), and onboarding. Deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers, measured by quality of hires, time to fill, and process feedback.Objective #3: Build Regional Talent Pools and PipelinesPartner with leaders to understand workforce plans and use ATS/CRM tools to create and maintain strong pipelines of candidates across key roles. Nurture relationships with passive and active candidates for future needs.Objective #4: Support and Coach Hiring ManagersProvide coaching and practical tools to hiring managers in your region, lifting recruitment capability and ensuring consistent, professional candidate assessment and selection.Objective #5: Contribute to Recruitment Insights and PlaybookShare learnings and insights from your region to inform continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and the Talent Playbook. Contribute to knowledge sharing that strengthens recruitment effectiveness group-wide.
