Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Technology Practice, you will lead strategic hiring initiatives for roles across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, data science, cybersecurity, and emerging tech. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, build targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver a pipeline of high-caliber talent aligned with our innovation goals.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end hiring process for technical roles, from intake to onboarding.Tech-Specific Sourcing: Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates with niche skills in cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, and enterprise platforms.Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with Technology Practice leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with delivery timelines.Market Intelligence: Stay current on tech hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform strategy.Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for candidates, especially those in high-demand technical fields.Diversity & Inclusion: Champion inclusive hiring practices and build diverse talent pipelines.Metrics & Reporting: Track time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and other KPIs to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Acumen: Ability to understand and discuss technical requirements with hiring managers and candidates.Sourcing Mastery: Skilled in Boolean search and leveraging tech communities.Stakeholder Management: Confident in advising senior leaders and managing competing priorities.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving tech landscape.Employer Branding: Experience promoting EVP through social media, events, and campaigns targeting tech talent.Qualifications2+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in a consulting or enterprise environment.Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g. Connected) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
