Our location is located in Bang Phlat area. *Only Thai citizens accepted!--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------To lead the Talent Acquisition function and act as a strategic HR Business Partner to assigned business units. This role will focus on attracting top talent, supporting workforce planning and aligning HR strategies to drive business performance and employee engagement.Key Responsibilities:Talent AcquisitionLead end-to-end recruitment activities for all levels, including workforce planning, sourcing strategy, interviewing, selection and onboarding.Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Manage recruitment KPIs, reports and recruitment pipeline to ensure timely hiring.Build talent pipelines through job fairs, university partnerships, referrals and online platforms.Implement assessment tools and structured interview techniques to improve hiring quality.Oversee onboarding and orientation programs and build a new joiner experience.HR Business PartnerPartner with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges and develop HR solutions accordingly.Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives and succession planning.Provide guidance on organizational design, talent development and change management.Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and propose proactive solutions.Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and internal standards.Support employee relations and act as a mediator in resolving workplace issues.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in recruitment and HRBP in managerial roles.Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools and employment law.Strategic thinking and excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.Proficient in HRIS and recruitment platforms.High level of integrity, adaptability and result-oriented mindsetStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
