Our 9,100 experts and 120 offices in 85 jurisdictions worldwide serve corporates, financial institutions, asset managers, private clients and family offices, providing the combination of accounting, tax, payroll, fund administration, compliance and entity management services essential to global business success.Key Responsabilities:Participate in full cycle recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening of CVs, conducting interviews, writing candidate’s reports, interview co-ordination and scheduling, offer management and negotiation, follow up candidates during and after process completion.Develop consultative relationships with Hiring Managers ensuring the recruiting needs within assigned area are met.Use workforce planning and recruitment marketing strategies data.Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process.Engage with candidates through various touchpoints to maintain their interest and commitment.Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.Drive referral program for designated market.Drive employer branding TA activities.Work across multiple countries and teams in a collaborative environment as needed.Key Requirements:Ability to multi-task and work in an agile and fast paced environment.Good understanding of recruitment process from intake to closing. (Prior experience in similar roles is a plus)Must possess exceptional drive and motivation to achieve hiring goalsGood understanding of recruitment process from intake to closing.
