Role Purpose: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting high-performing professionals within the IT sector, as well as supporting generalist recruitment needs across the organisation. You will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across a wide range of functions within our organisation. Partnering with hiring managers, you will deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience, ensuring we attract high-calibre candidates who align with our business goals and culture. You will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging technologies and market insights to build strong talent pipelines.Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment process, from hiring manager liaison, advertising and sourcing, offer management and candidate communications;Own the recruitment process for IT roles, identifying and engaging top talent with a strong understanding of tech dynamics;Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct approaches, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent;Ensure a smooth and engaging recruitment journey for candidates, providing timely feedback and clear communication;Maintain accurate and timely records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide data-driven insights on hiring metrics and performance;Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner to establish requirements for Agency support and manage the identified roles appropriately;Ensure the correct format of Job Descriptions are attached to vacancies, and that full business justifications are completed;Suggest interview questions using the competency question bank, cross referenced from those raised in the Job Descriptions. Person Specification: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English;Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within an in-house or RPO environment;Strong understanding of and experience in the IT talent market;Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships;Organised and able to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively;Proactive and solutions-focused approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality hires;Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines (e.g. IT, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.).
