Founded in 2017, we have grown to a team of 700+ employees across the globe 🌎Our offices and presence are spread across Europe, Asia, North & South Africa, Middle East and South America, with our Technology hub located in Cyprus 🚀We are a product and people focused company who are passionate about growth, innovative technology, and collaboration 🙌🏼What You'll Be DoingUnderstand the staffing needs from hiring managers and develop effective recruitment strategiesHandle end-to-end recruitment cycle for front-line and business development role for HK and China teamDevelop strong sourcing network to build and maintain a talent pipelineUtilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source high-quality candidatesConduct resume screening, conduct interviews, assessing candidates for cultural fit, skills, and qualificationsManage communication with candidates throughout the interview process and negotiate terms with selected candidatesMaintain up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Keep abreast of the market conditions and share relevant insights with internal stakeholdersRequirementsWhat you'll need:5 - 8 years of working experience in related to Talent Acquisition. Bachelor's Degree holder of business-related discipline. Fluent in verbal & written both English and ChinesePassion in acquiring new business knowledge in fast-paced environment. Self-starter and fast learner Able to multi-task, fast learner, good follow through, problem solving skill, good comprehension, customer relations and proactive mindset. .
