Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on senior, specialized, and management-level positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.Candidate Experience & Relationship Management: Build strong candidate relationships, ensuring a seamless process from initial contact through onboarding.Mentorship: Support the Recruitment Lead by mentoring and training junior recruiters, sharing best practices to build a strong, capable recruitment team.Recruitment Strategy & Branding: Collaborate with the Recruitment Lead to implement recruitment marketing strategies to strengthen the employer brand and enhance talent attraction.Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and deliver data-driven recruitment reports, offering insights and recommendations to improve processes and outcomes.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, coordinate interviews, and ensure candidate alignment with role requirements.Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines, especially for critical and hard-to-fill roles, to support business continuity and future growth. Requirements3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record of recruiting senior, specialized, and management-level positions, preferably in the ICT/technology sector.Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting technical talent (software engineers, IT specialists, etc.).Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to align recruiting strategies with business needs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when discussing technical roles.Experience mentoring and guiding junior recruiters to enhance team capability.Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and tech-focused recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Manatal, etc).Experience supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent.
