Position Description:We are seeking a TA Supervisor (w/m/d) to oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across all organizational units and business functions in Loznica and Šabac.In this role, you are expected to be responsible for:Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute annual and quarterly recruitment strategies for the Serbia region to meet the evolving talent needs of business units.Conduct in-depth analysis of talent market trends, salary & benefit levels, and competitor dynamics in Serbia (particularly in manufacturing), providing data-driven support for business decisions.Create talent mapping for key positions and establish a long-term talent pipeline.Lead and optimize the building and promotion of the employer brand in the local Serbian market to enhance the company's attractiveness to local talent.Recruitment ExecutionManage the full-cycle recruitment process — from role briefing to onboarding.White-Collar Recruitment: Efficiently recruit for manufacturing-related functional roles such as Engineers (Production, Quality, Process), Supply Chain Management, Finance, HR, etc.Blue-Collar Recruitment: Recruit skilled technicians, operators, team leaders, and other blue-collar positions on a large scale and efficiently, establishing stable partnerships with vocational schools and training institutions.Leverage diverse sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, job fairs, headhunters, and industry networks).Stakeholder ManagementPartner closely with HQ HR and local business leaders as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition.Report on recruitment KPIs, progress, and challenges while providing actionable recommendations.Process ImprovementContinuously enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.Ensure compliance with Serbian labor laws and company policies.Following qualifications and abilities are expected for this role:Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related field).Minimum 5 years of HR recruitment experience, including 3+ years recruiting white- and blue-collar roles in the European manufacturing sector.Proven success in high-volume blue-collar recruitment.Deep understanding of Serbian labor law, visa policies, compensation & benefits practices, and culture.Strategic mindset with the ability to connect operational execution to long-term workforce planning.Results-driven mindset and ability to thrive under pressure.Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.Preferred to Have:Fluency in Serbian.Experience in manufacturing industries such as automotive, electronics, machinery, or chemical.Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, etc.).MINTH Group is an international organization.
