I. TA Team LeaderThe Talent Acquisition Team Leader is responsible for leading recruitment efforts to ensure the timely hiring of qualified personnel for Vinamilk’s retail store network. This role focuses on developing and executing recruitment strategies tailored to high-volume, frontline retail positions, while also supporting employer branding and workforce planning initiatives. The position plays a key role in building a strong talent pipeline to support the company’s retail expansion and operational excellenceKey Responsibilities1. Develop and implement annual recruitment plans aligned with company goals and HR strategies, including employer branding initiatives.2. Design and improve recruitment tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior HR professionals, recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.4. Lead recruitment activities for all positions and ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies across all units.5. Directly source and engage senior-level candidates as required by the leadership team.6. Manage recruitment vendors and budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality services.8. Prepare and submit recruitment reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis.9. Supervise and develop team members, providing guidance, performance evaluation, and training to enhance team capability.Qualifications1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields)2. Experience:- Minimum 6 years in HR, with at least 2 years in a similar leadership role.- Experience in large-scale FMCG companies or executive search firms is a plus3. Knowledge:- Vietnamese Labor Law- Human Resource Management and Recruitment- Labor market trends and talent sourcing strategies- Organizational structure and business functions4. Skills:- Strategic planning and execution- Communication and interpersonal skills- Negotiation and problem-solving- Interviewing and candidate assessment- Team leadership and performance management5. Other Requirements:- Proficient in MS Office- Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)- Professional, enthusiastic, and passionate about HRII. (Senior) TA SpecialistResponsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting personnel for the retail store system, ensuring sufficient quantity and quality of staff according to business plans and store network expansionKey Responsibilities1. Receive recruitment requests from regions/stores and coordinate with Store Operations Managers to define specific requirements for each position.2. Source, screen, and interview candidates.3. Manage candidate profiles, monitor recruitment progress, and ensure timely hiring for each position.4. Collaborate with HRBP, Sales Capability Development, and related departments in onboarding and orientation for new employees.5. Participate in building employer branding for Vinamilk’s retail division.6. Organize and attend external recruitment activities and employer branding events such as job fairs, local recruitment events, vocational schools, and employment centers to expand the candidate pool and meet regional hiring needs.7. Prepare periodic recruitment reports, evaluate effectiveness, and propose solutions to improve candidate quality and sourcing channels.Job Requirements1. Education & Major- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.- Preferably in Economics, International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.2. Experience- Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in high-volume hiring, preferably in F&B, FMCG, retail chains, or supermarkets.3. Professional Knowledge & Skills- Strong understanding of store operations and recruitment for frontline positions (Store Manager, Sales Staff, Cashier, etc.).- Excellent communication, interviewing, and candidate data management skills.- Proactive, agile, and able to work under pressure.- Skilled in sourcing and building relationships with local authorities, vocational schools, and employment centers to develop proactive candidate pipelines.4. Other Requirements- English communication skills preferred.- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools; ability to create dashboards.- Creative, open-minded, and a strong team player.- Highly enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable to company culture.- Strong time management and ability to work under high pressure.
