This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to diverse projects.Key Responsibilities:Assist in posting job vacancies across platforms such as LinkedIn, TAQAT, and other recruitment channels.Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and competencies.Support coordination of interviews, including scheduling, confirming attendance, and preparing interview materials.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Tamheer Requirements:• To be a Saudi citizen.• Should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.• To be registered on the website of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).• Shouldn’t have the practical experience more than one year registered in GOSI.• Should not be currently employed in any job in the public or private sector.Qualifications:Knowledge and ExperienceEligible for Tamheer Program.Minimum or no prior experience is required.
