You’ll support the day-to-day management of their exciting roster, delivering commercial opportunities across TV & podcast, and brand partnerships across digital platforms.RESPONSIBILITIESManage a select roster of high-profile broadcast personalities and digital creatorsProactively outreach to brands to secure brand partnerships & collaborationsNegotiate complex contracts, fees and deliverablesSecure TV, radio & podcast appearancesBuild and maintain relationships with brands, production companies, bookers & broadcastersCoordinate schedules, diaries and logistics for projectsAttend shoots, events & filming with your rosterIdentify emerging creators with growth potentialMAIN REQUIREMENTS3+ years’ experience working at a talent agency with both broadcast & digital talentExcellent negotiation skills and a proven track record in securingA solid network of industry contacts across brands, broadcast, talent, PR & bookersSUMO are an equal opportunities employer.
