We’re looking for a Talent Agent to help manage our expanding roster and support brand partnerships across fashion, music and digital.About SB-MGMTSB-MGMT is a London-based talent management and brand partnerships agency operating globally at the intersection of music, fashion, film and culture. We represent a new generation of creative and commercial talent, building careers that bridge entertainment and brand storytelling.The RoleYou’ll work closely with the Founder and wider team to manage day-to-day representation for a roster of fashion, music and digital talent — sourcing and negotiating brand opportunities, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring smooth delivery from pitch to post.This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment suited to someone who’s culturally aware, organised and confident managing multiple priorities.ResponsibilitiesSupport the management of SB-MGMT’s roster across fashion, beauty, music and lifestyle.Source and secure paid social-media and brand-partnership opportunities.Liaise between talent, brands and agencies to ensure seamless execution.Assist with scouting and onboarding new influencers and creators.Manage calendars, call sheets and campaign logistics.Attend key industry events and activations to represent SB-MGMT.About You2–4 years’ experience in talent management, PR, influencer marketing or brand partnerships.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.Culturally fluent, proactive and detail-oriented.London-based, with flexibility for hybrid working and occasional travel.What We OfferA competitive package with performance-linked bonus, hybrid working, access to leading brands and talent, and genuine room for growth within a fast-scaling, founder-led agency.ApplySend your CV and a short note to hello@sb-mgmt.co, telling us about:A recent campaign or project you’ve helped deliver, andWhat excites you most about the future of social and talent representation.
