Mantell Associates is partnered with a global leader in the development and manufacturing of generic and biosimilar medicines, who is searching for a Talent and Learning Lead.In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning and development strategy for the organization. You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs that empower our people - from onboarding to leadership development.Talent and Learning Lead - Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the company's objectivesDesign and deliver engaging training programs that enhance employee skills and capabilitiesCreate programs that identify and nurture future leaders within the organizationAssess training effectiveness and implement improvements to ensure continuous developmentWork closely with HR and departmental leaders to identify learning needs and tailor programs accordinglyPromote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organizationTalent and Learning Lead - Requirements:Proven experience in learning and development, with a track record of designing and implementing successful training programsStrong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire othersAbility to assess training needs and measure program effectivenessBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related fieldFluency in English; proficiency in Slovenian is a plusMantell Associates is a specialist Pharmaceutical and Life Science headhunting firm.
