Job Description

Mission: We’re building the most engaged digital audiences in the world.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and organised Talent Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting entry-level position, ideal for someone with a year or less of experience working with Talent, in entertainment, media, influencer relations, or a similar field. You’ll play a key administrative and coordination role, supporting the Talent Team, within the Family vertical, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service to our Talent and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Talent Team, including maintaining up-to- date records and databases of Talent information, contracts, and project details. Support with the coordination of gifting, shoots, and events - including logistics, call sheets, travel, and accommodation if required.Help draft and distribute key documents such as briefs, contracts, and invoices.Track campaign deliverables and deadlines to ensure timely completion. Liaise with internal departments and external partners to support smooth communication.Research and compile information on talent, brands, or market trends as required.Provide general administrative assistance to the wider team (filing, organizing assets, updating spreadsheets, etc.).What We’re Looking ForUp to 1 year of experience in a Talent, entertainment, or administrative support role.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Confident using Microsoft Office & G Drive. A proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Interest in Talent Management, media, influencer marketing, or entertainment.A basic understanding of various social media platforms. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and alone. The ability to prioritise and cope with last-minute changes.
