What The Role IsThis traineeship provides an opportunity to contribute to JTC's recruitment team.What You Will Be Working OnThe trainee will be involved in a few areas which include: AI Technologies to streamline recruitment & selection process Assess AI tool(s) to be used in recruitment processes Understand current recruitment challenges/processes Test the selected tool, analyse and provide feedback If time permits, assist the HR recruiters in customization of the tool for JTC’s needs, when feasible Management Associate Programme Structure Conduct a research and analysis on a few Management Associate Programmes from other organisations Map out a proposed programme structure including duration, rotations and learning components Present findings and recommendations to the HR team Branding / Outreach Initiatives Support the HR team in branding and engagement initiatives with students and IHLs. Process Improvement initiatives Assess current business processes and identify digitalization opportunities to streamline operations and enhance productivity.What We Are Looking ForKey Competencies to be developed: Technology and Operational Excellence, Insights-Driven Practices, Communication and Digitalization
