With multiple locations across Canberra, and nationwide, the organisation seeks only the most skilled and professional individuals to assist them in developing programs, policies and initiatives that will improve the quality of life for vulnerable Australians.

The RoleAre you a skilled UX/UI Designer with a passion for creating intuitive and accessible digital experiences? This is your chance to contribute to a high-impact project that supports meaningful outcomes for Australians. Join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in designing user-centred solutions that make a difference. Your duties will include: Collaborating with product and business owners to gather and evaluate user requirements. Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile and web platforms. Conducting user research, including usability testing, to inform design decisions. Facilitating co-design workshops with diverse stakeholders.

Supporting the development and implementation of a design system. Producing deliverables aligned with project schedules and stakeholder expectations. Skills and Experience we are looking for: Demonstrated experience in designing accessible, engaging user interfaces across platforms. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, including journey mapping and usability testing. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and facilitate workshops. Familiarity with Agile environments and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
