该职位来源于猎聘 We are looking for a passionate Talent Business Partner to join the Talent Team and strategically partner with our local business units to drive talent initiatives and enable organizational performance across the entire employee lifecycle.What You’ll DoBusiness Partnering○ Lead the implementation of the People Strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Translate strategic needs into actionable plans and initiatives.○ Partner with leaders and managers to provide guidance on all HR policies and processes.○ Maintain strong individual connect and regular touch points with all employees from the assigned business groups.○ Own and interpret HR policy for the organization and resolve issues quickly and effectively.○ Partner with leaders to drive action planning stemming from employee engagement surveys and pulse checks, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.Employee Relations○ Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.○ Proactively identify and address potential employee relations concerns.○ Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.Performance Management○ Guide managers through the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.○ Support the implementation of performance improvement plans when necessary.Talent Management○ Participate in the interview process and provide guidance on selection decisions for relevant roles.○ Support employee development initiatives like training programs and career development plans.○ Run Talent Planning exercises for the local teams using global frameworks.Partnership with Global Teams○ Actively partner with the global Talent Business Partners to understand global talent processes and priorities.○ Responsible for implementing global processes in the local context while working with global partners.○ Provides crucial local context and inputs to the global partners to drive seamless implementation of the Talent charter.Learning and development○ Proactively conduct skill gap assessments and Training Needs Analysis within the business units to build the learning and development charter for the teams.○ Partner with the Global Team on implementation of learning charter to localize, curate, and champion the adoption of global learning content to ensure it is relevant and aligned with the identified learning needs.○ Coach and equip managers with the skills and resources (e.g., coaching models, feedback frameworks, career conversation tools) to effectively own the day-to-day development and coaching of their teams, embedding a culture of continuous on-the-job learning.We Are a Match Because You Have6-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role.Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and employees at all levels.Experience working with HRIS systems and data analysis.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.About Wayfair Inc.Wayfair is one of the world’s largest online destinations for the home.
