Job Title: Business Development TraineeLocation: Baridhara J BlockJob Overview: Talent Centric is seeking motivated freshers to join as Business Development Trainee. This role offers hands-on experience in client acquisition, business development, and relationship management. You will work closely with senior teams to drive growth while developing expertise in Business Development. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients and partners. Support in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitches. Maintain communication with prospective and existing clients. Participate in market research and competitor analysis. Work closely with internal teams to support client onboarding and project execution.
Maintain records of business activities and prepare regular reports. Represent the company in meetings, events, and training sessions when required. Key Requirements: BBA in Marketing, or a related field is required. Preference will be given to candidates from an English Medium background. Excellent English communication skill is mandatory. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and WordAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Salary: As per company policy.
